It has started to get cold here in Minnesota, and while Devin is headed out to Japan in a few days, I thought I would be a typical “snow-bird-California/Philippine-style” and head out to warmer weather before the snow begins to fall. (Never mind that I should be returning exactly when it actually starts!)
In any case, I will be flying back to California tomorrow-just in time to attend the Bakersfield Koi show this weekend. Incidentally, it happens at the same weekend as the Texas Koi and Fancy Goldfish Society Koi show in Marion, Texas. Sadly, we would not be able to make it this year, but we most certainly wish them the best of luck, and we are very sorry that we will not be there…
Devin will be headed to Japan in a few days (booo! I don’t get to come with!), so I thought I would give him a parting present. Last week after the harvest, Devin decided he wanted to make a vlog. I offered to help (read: do everything) in creating it, and today saw the completion of his first vlog entry!
In it, he talks about his take on the mudpond pull, his regimen and results. An interesting note here is one both Devin and I have been talking about for some time, but only now have decided to broadcast to the entire world: Devin’s entry pays special attention to the effects and uses of Spirulina on the fish, and this topic is something quite close to his (and my) heart. We hope everyone enjoys it! 🙂
